Howard "Skip" Speaks Board Advisor Howard "Skip" Speaks has over 20 years of telecommunications experience in the network operator and the wireless equipment manufacturing and vendor business. Speaks is currently CEO of Rosum Corporation, an indoor positioning technology company. Speaks previously served as CEO for Kyocera-Wireless Corporation, a San Diego based wireless handset manufacturer, and at Ericsson as Executive Vice President and General Manager for their Wireless Division. Speaks earned a Bachelor of Science Degree for Civil Engineering from West Virginia Institute of Technology and is a registered professional engineer. (6/07)
