Bill Ingram - Senior Vice President, Cricket Communications Company Board Director Bill Ingram has worked with Leap as Senior Vice President, Strategy since August 2007. He oversees the Company's acquisitions, investments and strategic activities. Ingram has more than 20 years experience in leading telecommunications and technology businesses. He most recently served as President and CEO of Nuera Communications, an IP voice company that developed telecommunications equipment for converged packet networks. Nuera was the successor company to Pacific Communication Sciences, Inc. where Bill was Chief Operating Officer of the Clarity Products Division. He holds a master's of business administration degree from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree in economics from Stanford University.
