Kate Collier is Senior Vice President and Market Executive for both the San Diego and Middle Market Office at Bank of America. She is responsible for overseeing lending, treasury, international and investment banking activities. Prior to coming to Southern California in July, 2006, Kate was the Statewide Market Executive for Business Banking in Tennessee. Before assuming her role in Business Banking, Kate was the President for Bank of America in the greater Tallahassee region until May, 2003. Kate began her career at Bank of America in January 1995 in Commercial Banking as a Client Manager, leading a team of associates to deliver senior debt, deposit and investment solutions to a portfolio of large middle market clients. Prior to her career at Bank of America, Kate worked in sales and financial roles for publicly traded companies. Kate currently serves on the Board of San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation and is a member of its Executive Committee, University of California Irvine Chief Executive Roundtable, USD School of Business Board of Advisors, Voices for Children Advisory Board and a Founding Member of the San Diego Mega Region. Throughout her career, Kate has served on the boards of numerous non-profit and economic development organizations. Kate graduated from Valparaiso University (outside of Chicago) in 1989 with a B.S. in Accounting, is married with three small children and lives in Rancho Santa Fe.
