The 2008 Employee Ownership Conference is designed to provide learning and networking opportunities while offering the flexibility to choose from sessions with a wide range of subjects and complexity. Top employee ownership practitioners and company insiders will present 57 breakout sessions in five different learning tracks. Innovations in Employee Ownership Award honors companies for their creativity in developing new ways to realize the potential of employee ownership. Now in its third year, the Innovations Award is open to any company where at least 20 percent of the stock is held either directly or indirectly by employees below the executive level. If you are proud of your company and think other people might benefit from your ideas, take a few minutes to fill out an application. On Thursday morning, winners of the Innovation Awards will share their secrets of success. Applications are due by February 1, 2008. The Innovations Award is sponsored by TEOCO of Fairfax, Virginia.
