Presents:Positioning High Tech Offerings:
How to Avoid Turning Great Ideas into Square Pegs for Round Holes
SDSIC Breakfast of Champions Series
Far too many high tech firms do a surprisingly inadequate job of positioning their offerings because they fail to ask the right questions about how they and their products or services fit their markets. As a result these companies end up turning what might otherwise have been winning ideas into square pegs for round holes - i.e., poorly conceived offerings that fail to solve problems customers will pay money to solve, that defocus company efforts, and that ultimately fail to produce adequate revenues or returns.
Attendees will be limited to Directors, VPs or C-Levels from technology firms.
We’ll cover:
- How can you affect, influence, or create your positioning?
- How is positioning a company different from positioning a product or a product line
- When should you consider repositioning a product (or an entire company)?
