Kim Doren, author of That's Outside My Boat, will kick off the theme with a wide range of examples of individuals who overcame huge obstacles and, in some cases, reinvented themselves. Their stories are inspiring and helpful in seeding ideas in all of us whether we are facing challenges within our current companies or if we have recently left an employer and are faced with locating that new professional opportunity.
