Startup Essential Kit for Startups: Session 1
EvoNexus, a ComNexus incubator for early stage companies in the San Diego Area, is pleased to launch the "Startup Essential Kit for Startups" educational workshop series for entrepreneurs. Attendees will learn the operational aspects of running a new start up business.
Session 1: “Top 10 things every startup CEO should know in order to run and operate a business”
Session 1 is designed to help you see 'what you don't know, you don't know,' from the perspective of seasoned entrepreneurs. You will gain insights for future exploration and possibly be able to spot pitfalls before you hit the cliff!
Subsequent sessions will drill down on a variety of operational topics covered by San Diego domain experts. Each session will be complimented with a successful entrepreneur from our community who will Chair the panel as well as share their unique experiences and insights.
We are pleased to announce that Bill Unrue, President of Anonymizer, has kindly accepted our invitation to be the our Panel Chair for our first session.

• Bill Unrue will provide his insight and experiences throughout the presentation
• The presentation by domain experts will provide an overview of the top operational items a start up CEO should know including: entity structure, corporate governance, capitalization and funding, startup finances, intellectual property, employment regulations, HR, IT, facilities,and insurance.
• Content will take into account the limited resources of the startup environment and provide practical suggestions for effective use of your limited resources

About Bill Unrue:
