Congressman Billy Tauzin (R-LA) speaking and Congressman Brain Bilbray in attendance Last minute event. Sent first notice out on Mon Jan 3. Food for 120. Set for 126 added 27 chairs total of 153. 120 rsvp's 125 showed up. In the Pavilion room (glass room) It was cold at 7am! Early morning light was shining in the speakers faces, not too bright though. Breakfast food was - too much cereal! and danish, some egg sandwiches left.. Quite a bit left over. DON'T GET CEREAL!!!
