No official notes are made of NextStage scrub proceedings except those made and retained by the company for its own use.

A record of the date and time of the scrub along with a list of attendees will be maintained by CommNexus in order to facilitate future scrubs, follow-up with scrubbed companies, and recognize participants.

CommNexus will not acknowledge the occurrence of a scrub unless the presenter gives permission for use in promotional material for the NextStage program.
