"All my life I've never stopped to worry 'but a thing, Open up and shout it out, an' never try to sing, Wondering if I've done it wrong, Will this depression last for long, wont you tell me, Where have all the good times gone?"

Whether or not Ray Davies was thinking about telecom when he wrote these lyrics, many of us are pondering the same two questions, where have the good times gone and how long will this downcycle last? The San Diego Telecom Council's September "Headliners" event will explore these questions with a panel of renown capitalmarkets experts in a panel discussion moderated by Bill Stensrud of Enterprise Partners. The panel will discuss what consolidation and restructuring needs to happen within the industry before we can reasonably expect the capital markets to embrace the Telecom sector once again. This discussion will also delve into near and medium term opportunities for Telecom entrepreneurs as well as strategies for start-up and emerging growth telecom companies.
