Join the IPSIG for an update on what has become known as “Internet 2.0” (pronounced internet 2 dot 0) and how doing business in an Internet 2.0 world affects creation, management and protection of intellectual property. We expect this to be a highly interactive session with people who specialize in this new area of internet use as well as experts on the legal implications.

He had broad responsibilities in strategy and planning, product management and sales and customer service. He launched several leading-edge telecom technologies and software-based solutions. Jim’s Enterprise Messaging Business Unit strategy was used in Lucent Technologies’ first major acquisition after spinning off from AT&T.

Ross A. Epstein is the Managing Partner of the San Diego Office. Mr. Epstein's area of practice entails providing legal advice to businesses as an outsourced general counsel with an emphasis on general corporate governance, drafting and negotiating agreements, real estate transactions and litigation, insurance coverage and general business litigation. Mr. Epstein has extensive experience in starting and operating new business ventures internationally.
