The HR SIG presents...

Executive Leadership Development

A gap in the leadership pipeline is a leading challenge for organizations, with more than 80% of respondents to a yearlong study of 700 U.S. organizations by Bersin & Associates reporting the need to work on leadership development.  According to another study conducted by Deloitte and Touche and The Economist that looked at how people issues are seen by business executives and HR leaders, this gap also extends across the globe.  More than 50% of the respondents to this study identified leadership development as one the key people issues for their organization.

We have assembled a great panel to present and discuss talent management as it relates to executive and leadership development.  The panel includes Rick Valencia who is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at ProfitLine who will provide an executive perspective; Jan Cummings, M.S. MCC, who is a subject matter expert in leadership development and career management strategies within the business sector; and, a human resources executive who is implementing initiatives that develop leadership and executive competencies.

This is a program not to be missed!  Since it is a critical business issue, we encourage you to bring along your “C” level executives.

PANELISTS:
