Matthew Bernstein Mintz Levin, Member Matthew is a member in the San Diego office, where his practice focuses on patent litigation and patent trial work. Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Autodesk, American Suzuki, Microtune, Crossroads, and others have turned to Matthew to handle their patent infringement cases. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants extensively, and has done so in district courts throughout the country and in the ITC. Matthew recently tried five patent jury cases. In addition to his patent infringement work, Matthew also represents clients in trademark, trade secret, trade dress, copyright, and government contract matters. His clients in this area include Dr. Seuss Enterprises, Lorillard Tobacco, Metabolife, General Atomics, and others.In 2007 and 2008, Matthew was recognized as a Top Attorney in IP Litigation in San Diego.� rior to joining Mintz Levin, Matthew was a principal in the patent litigation department of Fish & Richardson.
