Bryan Hertz

Bryan brings 18 years experience in operational management, research & development, technology innovation and software design with a variety of established, as well as start-up, ventures. Combining his experience in technology start-ups with his passion for creating innovative technologies, Bryan co-founded TelCentris to bring a new wave of communication capabilities to the masses. Bryan's entrepreneurial and technology experience includes management of a high-tech robotics retail chain in Southern California, R&D for a service bureau for Fortune 500 banks, insurance companies and broker-dealers, designing complex data processing facilities and systems for the legal industry, production of complex, high-speed automated mailing facilities for some of the largest US financial institutions, designing large scale e-commerce technologies currently implemented in several Fortune 500 companies including Xerox, Virgin Megastores and British Telecom, architecting and designing complex Multi-Level Marketing genealogy tracking software system for the MLM industry, and building business process outsourcing centers in New Delhi India, and San Jose Costa Rica. Bryan holds a certificate in Computer Science from Coleman College and a certification in Network Administration from Novell Networks.

Jimmy Hendricks
CEO and Co-Founder, Collarfree.com

Jimmy Hendricks currently serves as CEO and Co-Founder at Collarfree.com.  He has 7 years in sales management, business development, and entrepreneurship, and is experienced in leveraging sales and advisory teams to execute on an idea quickly and economically. Mr. Hendricks is also an expert in promotion and recognition with an education in corporate taxation creating the ability to attract users, customers, and strong employees and then execute with an exact focus by monitoring key metrics that drive business.

Reid plays the role of the present leader who is there for clients and employees alike. Having began his career in advertising, Reid appreciates the integrity of the brand, but focuses on the fact that what we do for clients has to make them money. Reid founded Red Door Interactive in 2002 and has since also become a leader in the community. Reid first came to San Diego to form the iGroup, the interactive arm for the San Diego-based PR agency, McQuerterGroup. Reid joined McQ from his previous position as Chief Operating Officer at PBJ Digital, a dotcom incubator based in Los Angeles. Reid began his career at TBWA/Chiat/Day where he handled account management responsibilities for Nissan. Reid writes a regular column for iMedia Connection and has been the focus of high-profile interviews in the San Diego Union-Tribune, The San Diego Daily Transcript, The San Diego Metropolitan, SmartMoney and Entrepreneur magazine. He was honored with the San Diego Metropolitan's "40 Under 40" award in 2005, the San Diego Business Journal's Most Admired CEO Award in 2007 and is also on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Venture Group. In 2007, Red Door Interactive, an Inc 5000 company and one of the 100 Fastest Growing Companies in San Diego, was honored by the San Diego Business Journal as a winner of the Best Places to Work award as well as the Society for Human Resources Management's (SHRM) Crystal Award for Workplace Excellence.
