Show Me The Money!
Finding Hidden Cash In Your Operations

For many companies, the current economic downturn has sharpened the focus on managing the cost side of business, and the old adage of “cash as king” has taken on a new sense of urgency. Unfortunately, many companies have come to this realization through crisis situations - the combination of declining sales, troubled customers, and lagging cost reduction efforts has created a perfect storm leading to urgent liquidity problems.

While cost-savings opportunities have always been available, the importance of finding hidden cash was not given priority. Now, more than ever, companies are getting back to basics and searching for systemic ways to accelerate cash flow and sustain improvements in their cost structure.

In this challenging business environment, leading companies understand that knee-jerk reactions and ad-hoc spending cuts can damage reputation, infrastructure and demoralize employees.  So they have come to realize that for cost reduction measures to stick, companies must begin to create a culture of cost consciousness.

Come join us for a discussion on how companies are finding hidden cash and implementing cost-savings measures, and are taking steps to ensure that they keep those savings through good times and bad.
