My Auditors Tell Me We Need A SAS 70?
What do I do?

Learn how SAS 70 audits are used by auditors and service providers alike

We live in an interconnected world, where almost all companies have key elements of their business tied to third-party service providers.  This interconnection requires management to be especially diligent in understanding the nature and extent of the controls and services offered by service provider organizations.  Our discussion will focus on strategies that can be used by management to evaluate service-provider relationships including a discussion of SAS 70 Type II audit reports and alternative procedures and documentation to support this evaluation.
