The Clean Technology SIG Presents...

Communication Technologies
in the Cleantech Space

Current and Future Opportunities

Cleantech’s significant growth trends in solar, wind, electric vehicles and the infrastructure associated with them has directly, and indirectly, benefited the communication technologies used in these industries.  But we have only seen the beginning.  Capital that flows into the cleantech sector has already impacted many communication companies in the smart grid area, who are predicting it as their next big thing.  Consequently, these cleantech industries are increasing the use of communication technology to relay bidirectional data to the control and transmission centers for optimal operations, building their infrastructure needs, and generating new revenue streams.

The panel of experts will explain the current and future use of communications technologies in the Cleantech sector, while the executives will focus on their company’s view.  Companies, entrepreneurs and investors in the communications industry will gain insight on how to leverage this information to guide their business development, R&D, strategic investments, product and services offerings.
