Karin has been with TMP Worldwide for over ten years. Prior to TMP she was a recruiter for such companies as Keebler Foods and American Pharmaceutical Services. Karin specializes in finding new ways to achieve desired outcomes by embracing digital tools related to search, social, mobile and measurement. With a firm belief that most anything can be adapted to solve a client’s specific human capital challenges and staffing goals – Karin is adept at configuring digital tools into real world solutions that result in successful outcomes and achievements for her customers’ sourcing strategies. In her most recent role as Regional Director, Digital Strategy, Karin’s primary responsibilities and expertise were in developing and sustaining key client relationships through digital innovation, successful solutions and strategic guidance. She has partnered with industry leaders to analyze their current and aspired workflows and identify end-to-end digital solutions and processes. Currently, Karin is leading a team of digital sales professionals dedicated to furthering job optimization and other search marketing opportunities for talent acquisition & staffing functions. With over ten years experience in recruitment advertising preceeded by a stint in several recruiting functions at both public and privately owned companies – Karin brings a unique HR perspective. She has served in several Client Development roles at TMP through the years, managing client relationships and driving strategic planning.
Senior Associate, Mintz Levin
Brandon is a senior associate in the firm’s San Diego office, practicing in the Employment, Labor and Benefits Section. Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Brandon was an associate at a prominent intellectual property law firm. Brandon’s practice is focused on employment law and trade secrets. His litigation work is focused in the areas of trade secrets, employee mobility, wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, contracts and unfair competition. Brandon also counsels his clients on a wide range of employment-related issues, including protection of trade secrets, employee mobility, hiring and terminating employees, wage and hour compliance, worker classification, harassment, discrimination, leaves of absence, and reductions in force, among others. He conducts workplace investigations for employers and performs non-discrimination and non-harassment training for management personnel. As part of his counseling practice, Brandon drafts and reviews proprietary information agreements, offer letters, employment agreements, executive agreements, independent contractor agreements, and personnel policies to ensure compliance with and maximum protection under the law. For clients involved in mergers, acquisitions or capital financing, Brandon provides counsel with respect to the protection of trade secrets, non-competition and employment-related issues, to make sure these issues do not adversely impact the business transaction. Brandon is a speaker on various employment-related topics and has been a guest speaker for employment law and human resources management classes at local San Diego universities and colleges.
