Wireless carriers are in various stages of their 4G network plans. Some are already deploying mobile WiMAX, while others plan to migrate to LTE. Vice President of 4G, Sprint
Todd Rowley, vice president of 4G, has responsibilities for leading Sprint’s strategic relationships and partnering efforts with 4G. He has helped lead the 4G business unit - developing, implementing and driving execution of Sprint’s go-to-market plans with 4G, in conjunction with the Sprint/Clearwire venture. Todd has 20+ years in the wireless and cable industries and has been with Sprint for the past ten years. He was recently vice president of corporate development, but has held various positions at Sprint, including responsibility for Corporate Development, Strategy, Roaming, Spectrum Management and Fixed Wireless Broadband operations. Todd played an instrumental role in developing Sprint’s 4G business plan and, most recently, in the Sprint/Clearwire transaction. Prior to Sprint, Todd worked in various positions for wireless start-ups and cable companies, including senior vice president of development for People’s Choice TV (prior to Sprint’s acquisition of the company in 1999). In addition, he has served on several industry boards, including the Wireless Communications Association and the National ITFS Association, the WCA’s executive committee and chairman of the WCA’s government relations committee. Rowley received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration in finance and marketing from the University of Iowa.
Executive Director of Network Planning, Verizon Wireless
Mr Neisinger and his organization are responsible for planning of the nationwide CDMA/EvDO/LTE architecture including; basestation configurations, backhaul, switching and adjunct services, data newtork architecture, signaling systems, transport, and the IMS core. Chris has held various Engineering and Operational roles during his 19 years in the wireless industry. Chris’ previous industry experience includes leadership positions in joint ventures in Hungary and Malaysia. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.
Senior Vice President, Strategy, Leap Wireless
Bill Ingram has worked with Leap as Senior Vice President, Strategy since August 2007. He oversees the Company's acquisitions, investments and strategic activities. Ingram has more than 20 years experience in leading telecommunications and technology businesses. He most recently served as President and CEO of Nuera Communications, an IP voice company that developed telecommunications equipment for converged packet networks. Nuera was the successor company to Pacific Communication Sciences, Inc. where Bill was Chief Operating Officer of the Clarity Products Division. He holds a master's of business administration degree from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree in economics from Stanford University.
