Consumer Wireless World
Is the Future of Consumer Electronics Wireless or Vice Versa?
As the world rapidly continues to connect wirelessly, whether it is for work or entertainment, the devices in our lives are now as mobile as we are. This CommNexus Consumer Electronics SIG panel will focus on the impact that wireless technologies will have on the next generation of Consumer Electronic devices and how that will relate to the corresponding consumer experience. The program will DISCUSS what’s in the technology and product pipeline, who will be the innovators and the successful marketers and make sense of how the consumer can manage his or her life with a plethora of new wireless devices…in the home, in the car, and on the go.
This program will also address the following questions:
Will the consumer wireless world evolve into a multitude of tablets of various shapes and sizes?
Where does the PC fit in or does it? How about TV?
What will the next generations of Smart Phones do?
Will Apple rule the wireless roost?
How about wireless video games?
With the aging Baby Boomers, will we see a consumer market emerge for wireless devices that also serve as personal health monitors/alert systems?
Which companies will survive and which will disappear in the next decade?
Join the Consumer Electronics SIG to discover the answers to these key questions that will affect us all.
