Rear Admiral Ken Slaght, Commander SPAWAR, will be our presenter. He will give his vision for SPAWAR, who they are, what they do in the telecom world and what the opportunities are. (SPAWAR budget is around $4.5B per year, most of it involving information systems and communications.) He will also give us his thoughts concerning the common goals of the Telecom Council and SPAWAR.
