Mr. Thacker practices corporate and securities law with a focus on public offerings, private placements, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. He has represented a wide variety of companies ranging from start-up and emerging growth companies to investment banks, venture capital and private equity firms. He has extensive experience in the representation of technology companies. He also has experience in technology licensing and corporate partnering transactions.

Peter A. Carides,
President and CEO, Tachyon
Mr. Carides has had a distinguished career in senior leadership positions with telecommunications companies serving the private and public market sectors. Most recently, he was vice president at Equant, Inc., where he led the company's global satellite and wireless division. As chief operating officer with Advanced Remote Communications Solutions, Mr. Carides spearheaded strategic planning, aggressively grew revenues and achieved market expansion through multi-national partnerships.


Tony Parker, Senior System Engineer, Meru Networks
Mr. Parker is responsible for wireless architecture design and deployment and pre-sales engineering, for Meru Networks. He has extensive knowledge and experience with TCP/IP protocols and routing and redundant protocols. As a senior system engineer, his technical expertise is broad including proof of concept and problem solving replications using multiple vendor's equipment and multi-platform servers.. Prior to Meru Networks, Mr. Parker held technical positions with Trapeze Networks, The Rock, Extreme Networks, Bay/Nortel Networks, and 3Com Corporation.
