Prior to joining Action Engine, Jim was Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Wavelink Corporation, a leading provider of software solutions for the development of mission-critical wireless applications and the management of wireless LAN networks and mobile devices. While at Wavelink Souders increased revenues by over 100% per year and established numerous partner alliances with equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and independent software vendors worldwide.
Jim is a native of the Northwest and graduated from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting.

In 1989, he joined Arlen Marketing to head up their licensing responsibilities associated with the '92 America's Cup and later joined Equity Management Incorporated, a pioneer in brand extension for large corporations. John founded Unique Event Products, a sports marketing and product development company servicing the licensing, merchandising and promotional needs of several Fortune 100 companies. In March of 2005, John created Launch Ideas, a consulting company that helps corporations understand where technology and advertising are moving in this ever changing World.
