Goldin, Chairman, President & CEO Mr. Goldin founded The Intellisis Corporation in 2005 after a career leading large government and industry organizations to develop the next generation of autonomous and intelligent information systems. Goldin holds the unique distinction of being the longest-serving Administrator in NASA’s history, serving three presidents from 1992 – 2001. Prior to NASA, Goldin was Vice President and General Manager of the Space and Technology Group of TRW where he led programs of national priority. Mr. Goldin is a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Geographic Society, a member of the Scientific Management Review Board of the National Institutes of Health, a member of the National Academy of Engineering, a Distinguished Fellow at the Council on Competitiveness, and a Fellow of the American Institute for Aeronautics and Astronautics. In San Diego he is a member of the Scripps Institute of Oceanography Advisory Council and a board member of Connect. He graduated from the City College of New York in 1962 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Dr. David R. Eames, Chief Engineer and Director of Programs Dr. Eames has spent his career developing and commercializing complex software systems, especially focusing on neural networks and parallel computing applications. He was one of the original Staff Scientists at the neural network company HNC Software, and worked with neural networks from 1986 through 1995. From 1995 to 2008 he was an Engineering Director at Qualcomm leading technology development projects. He joined Intellisis in 2008. Dr. Eames received his Ph.D. in Plasma Physics from Princeton after earning Bachelor degrees from the University of Michigan in Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, and Engineering Physics.
