Main Business Focus: MarketingLUMI•SOLAIRTM began as a dream of visionary Baldev Duggal, founder and president (Letter to the President) of Duggal Visual Solutions. (www.duggal.com) Duggal Visual Solutions has over 45 years in printing and graphic display services. In the spring of 2008 Duggal Visual Solutions introduced a new line of products called EcoImaging (EcoImaging pdf) and made it a priority to reduce waste, recycle and use more sustainable products in house. As the year went on we were able to reduce an average of 80% of all waste as well as made sure to donate unused fabrics and hard substrates to such organizations as Materials for the Arts, a non-profit organization bringing materials to students for art. Using the motto Visual Solutions for a Sustainable FutureTM we moved forward into solar powered lightboxes. These lightboxes were self-sustainable displays and were the perfect way to display beautiful graphic at night outdoors. This then opened up a lot of opportunities to take our technical knowledge of solar panels and create even more unique and custom products.
